What we collect

Account info (email, name), podcast RSS URL and the public episode audio and metadata it points to, generated transcripts and briefs, and basic usage analytics. We also store first-touch attribution data (referrer, UTM parameters) to understand how customers find us.

How we use it

To run the service: transcribe episodes, generate briefs, send you product emails, and process billing. We do not sell your data. We do not train public models on your transcripts.

Your rights

Export or delete everything from Settings. We honor GDPR and CCPA requests. Email us and we'll act within 30 days.

Subprocessors

We use Supabase (database, auth), Cloudflare (hosting), Dodo Payments (billing), and large language model providers for brief generation. Each handles data under their own privacy terms.
